Poetry Quest

1. Number your paper 1-8.  Read each piece of text.  Write down the cue word that tells you about cause and effect.

2.  Try to combine sentences using a cause and effect cue word.  Try 3 or 4 sentences of your own.  Write your favorite one down.

3. Practice making inferences and think about cause and effect in each sentence.
